These are the rules that govern your use of the Naseebat platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets. By creating an account on Naseebat you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to everything on this page.
Important Notice: These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Naseebat ("we", "us", "the platform"). They apply to all use of the Naseebat website and any services offered on it. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the platform. Continued use of Naseebat following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Naseebat is an online betting and casino platform operated for the entertainment of adult players in Pakistan. We have written these Terms in plain, straightforward English because we want every Pakistani player on Naseebat to genuinely understand what they are agreeing to. Naseebat reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any point. Acceptable documents include a valid Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC), passport or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in account suspension and withdrawal hold pending review.
Each person may hold only one Naseebat account. Opening or attempting to open more than one account — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and permanent forfeiture of any balances held within them.
When registering on Naseebat you agree to provide accurate, complete and current information. You must update your account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Naseebat username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Naseebat will treat any bet or transaction placed using your credentials as if it were placed by you personally, regardless of whether you authorised it.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact Naseebat support immediately via live chat or email at support@naseebat.net. We will take reasonable steps to investigate and secure the account, but Naseebat cannot accept liability for losses arising from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.
Naseebat operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme as required by applicable anti-money laundering standards. You may be asked to verify your identity and the source of funds in your account before processing withdrawals above a threshold determined by Naseebat. KYC documents typically include a copy of your CNIC and a recent bank statement or mobile wallet transaction history.
Accounts that fail to complete KYC within 30 days of first being requested may have withdrawals suspended until verification is complete. Betting activity will not be interrupted during this period.
An account is considered inactive if no login or real-money transaction has occurred for a consecutive period of 12 months. Naseebat may deduct an administrative fee of Rs 500 per month from the balance of inactive accounts after notifying you via the registered contact details. If an inactive account balance reaches zero, the account will be closed.
All transactions on Naseebat are denominated in Pakistani rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit is Rs 200. Naseebat does not charge a fee on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Deposits are credited to your Naseebat balance as follows:
Naseebat reserves the right to conduct additional verification on any deposit that it reasonably suspects may be connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering or any other prohibited conduct. Such deposits may be held pending investigation.
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered to your verified Naseebat account. The minimum withdrawal is Rs 500. Naseebat processes withdrawal requests within the following timeframes from the moment the request is approved:
Naseebat does not charge a fee on withdrawals. You may make one free withdrawal per 24-hour period via your chosen method. Subsequent withdrawals within the same 24-hour period may attract a processing charge of Rs 50, which will be deducted from the withdrawal amount.
Important: Naseebat may request KYC documentation before approving any withdrawal above Rs 50,000 or at any time at its reasonable discretion as part of its anti-fraud and anti-money laundering procedures.
Initiating a chargeback or reversal on any deposit made to Naseebat without first contacting our support team to resolve the matter is a breach of these Terms. Naseebat will contest all chargebacks and reserves the right to suspend accounts and recover funds through any available legal means in the event of fraudulent chargebacks.
All bets placed on Naseebat are subject to these Terms and to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, game or event. By placing a bet on Naseebat you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules. Bets are accepted electronically; a confirmation message displayed on screen confirms that your bet has been successfully received and processed by Naseebat.
Naseebat sets minimum and maximum bet limits on each market. The minimum bet across all markets is Rs 50. Maximum bet limits vary by game, event type and market and are displayed within the betting interface at the time of placing the bet. Naseebat reserves the right to alter bet limits at any time without prior notice.
A bet may be declared void by Naseebat in any of the following circumstances:
Voided bets are refunded to the player's Naseebat account balance in full at the original stake amount.
Naseebat settles bets based on the official result published by the relevant governing body (e.g., PCB for cricket, FIFA for football, tournament organisers for esports). Where official results are disputed or subject to change after settlement, Naseebat reserves the right to re-settle the relevant markets and adjust account balances accordingly. Live betting markets are settled on the confirmed in-game result; subsequent reviews, penalties or administrative changes that alter the official result after the relevant in-play moment has concluded do not affect live bet settlement unless otherwise stated.
Naseebat takes every reasonable precaution to ensure that odds and game information displayed on the platform are accurate. However, where a bet is placed at odds or on terms that are clearly erroneous — for example, odds of 100:1 on an outcome with a true probability of 50% — Naseebat reserves the right to void the bet and refund the stake, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.
Naseebat offers various promotional bonuses including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the point of offer in addition to the general bonus conditions set out below.
Example: If you receive a Rs 1,000 welcome bonus with a 30× wagering requirement, you need to place bets totalling Rs 30,000 before any winnings from that bonus become withdrawable. Stakes of Rs 50 or more per round count towards the wagering requirement on most games.
Naseebat actively monitors accounts for patterns of play that are designed to abuse bonus offers rather than to engage with the platform in good faith. Low-risk hedging strategies (for example, covering both outcomes to guarantee bonus completion regardless of result) are considered abuse. Accounts found to be systematically exploiting bonus offers may have bonuses voided, winnings forfeited and accounts terminated.

Naseebat provides its platform on an "as available" basis and makes no warranty that access will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from technical issues at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Naseebat excludes all liability for:
Nothing in these Terms limits Naseebat's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
In plain terms: If Naseebat's platform goes offline or has a technical problem, we will not be responsible for any winnings you missed out on during that period. We will always refund any stakes you placed on bets that could not be processed due to our fault.
You may close your Naseebat account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Before closing, all pending bets will be settled normally and any remaining balance will be processed as a withdrawal to your verified payment method within the standard processing timeframe. You will not be charged any fee for closing your account.
Naseebat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where:
Where an account is suspended for investigation, Naseebat will notify you via your registered contact details and conduct its investigation promptly. Where an account is closed for breach of Terms, any balance may be withheld pending investigation and, where breach is confirmed, may be forfeited.
Naseebat may update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email to the registered address and/or via a prominent notice displayed on the Naseebat platform for a minimum of 14 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the Naseebat platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account before the effective date. We will process any outstanding balance in accordance with the Terms applicable at the time of your final withdrawal request.
The date at the top of this document ("Last Updated") always reflects when the current version of these Terms came into effect. We recommend bookmarking this page and reviewing it periodically.

For complaints that cannot be resolved through standard support channels, Naseebat has an escalation procedure. Contact our support team and request that your complaint be escalated to the Naseebat Compliance team. We commit to acknowledging all escalated complaints within 24 hours and providing a substantive response within 7 business days.
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan, except where this conflicts with mandatory local consumer protection laws applicable to you.
