Go to /register on Naseebat. Fill in your full name, Pakistani mobile number (+92), email address, date of birth and city. Verify your mobile via the OTP sent by SMS, choose a password and your account is active. The whole process takes under two minutes. You must be 18 or over to register.

You must be at least 18 years of age to open a Naseebat account. Age verification is mandatory. Any account found to belong to someone under 18 is closed immediately and all associated balances are forfeited. There are no exceptions to this rule.

No. Each person may hold only one Naseebat account. Duplicate accounts — regardless of whether different names or phone numbers are used — violate our Terms and Conditions. KYC document verification — typically a copy of your Pakistani CNIC — is required before processing withdrawals above a set threshold or when triggered by anti-money laundering checks. To permanently close your Naseebat account, contact our support team at support@naseebat.net or via live chat. Withdraw any remaining balance before requesting closure. Log in to your Naseebat account and go to Account Settings. From there you can update your contact details. Changing a mobile number requires OTP verification on the new number. If you have already lost access to your registered number, contact support with identity verification to complete the update securely.

Follow the instructions in that message to create a new password. Do not keep trying the wrong password — three failed attempts will temporarily lock your account.

A lockout after failed login attempts usually lifts automatically within 15–30 minutes. If you activated a self-exclusion or cooling-off period, those periods must run their full duration before reactivation.

Wait 60 seconds and use the "Resend OTP" option. Make sure your phone has mobile signal and is not in flight mode. OTP delivery on Jazz and Zong can occasionally be delayed during peak network hours in Pakistan — this is a network-side delay, not a Naseebat issue. Yes. Enabling "Keep me logged in" on the login form maintains your session for up to 30 days on that device. We strongly recommend against using this option on shared devices, a friend's phone or any computer that other people have access to. Always log out manually on shared devices. Use a strong, unique password (at least 10 characters mixing uppercase, lowercase, numbers and symbols) that you do not use on any other platform. Deposits
